How do I know if I need more than one engraving artist? How does that work?

I typically do not supply the items. Clients usually provide the products they’d like customized to better match their event or brand. I’m happy to offer guidance on material choices if you’re unsure what works best.

Are the materials provided, or should I (the client) supply them?

There’s no strict limit, but I can engrave around 50 items per hour, depending on complexity. If you have a large quantity in mind, we can plan accordingly. For high-volume events, I recommend bringing on an additional artist or two.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of items you can handle for an event?

If your event has 200+ guests, having multiple artists keeps things flowing smoothly and reduces wait times. I’ll handle coordinating additional skilled calligraphers to ensure a seamless experience for your guests.

I don't know what services I require, what do I do?

To confirm your booking:
Pay in full or 50% deposit up front
Remaining 50% due before the event date

Note: Your date is only secured once the deposit is paid and a contract is signed. Payments can be made online via debit, credit, or via interac payments. If another payment method is needed, email me for a custom invoice: hello@findmelettering.com

Is a deposit required, and what are the payment terms?

Yes! I can provide a sample if you'd like. Just send me the product you'd like customized so I can test the surface and show you the style. If that’s not possible, you can browse past work on my website and social media. I always bring backup tools to ensure quality results on-site.

Can you provide a sample or mock-up before the event?

For my setup, I require the following:
A table and chair for the calligraphy station.
Near an electrical outlet or extension cord to power my equipment & lighting.
Adequate lighting is preferred to ensure optimal working conditions.

These basic requirements help ensure a smooth and efficient live calligraphy experience at your event. If you have specific preferences or constraints regarding the setup, please let me know in advance, and I'll do my best to accommodate them.
