“An equal world is an enabled world” is this year’s theme.
Collectively, each one of us can help create a gender-equal world that should be the world we live in. International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women – while also marking a call to action for accelerating gender equality.
Gloria Steinem, world-renowned feminist, journalist, and activist explained: “The story of women’s struggle for equality belongs to no single feminist nor to any one organization but to the collective efforts of all who care about human rights.”
Just repeat that sentence and see how much of it sits within you.
As leading women business entrepreneurs, it is not our fight but our call to help each and every woman. By giving her the opportunity to spotlight and highlight women issues. A place where she can be real, she can be fearless and allow her true self-nature to come alive. Teach her, hold her, comfort her, praise her, support her, learn from her, lift her… you get my gist
